In My Mug 64

Postby RolandGlew » Tue Feb 02, 2010 10:59 pm

Monday the 1st of February 2010 Guatemala Finca San Francisco Tecuamburro – El Pollo Micro Lot

With names like that, I'm very glad for copy & paste ;)

Really liking this one - plenty of dark sugar caramel, that bit of acidity and lovely mouthfeel. One question for Steve though - which varietals is it? The packs list Bourbon, Caturra and Catuai - but I seem to remember that the IMM and audioboo say Bourbon and Catuai?

Good episode again as usual and nice to see you back in the normal format after your Dublin experience.

This coffee is smooth smooth smooth!

Having a little difficulty deciding between Frosty and this one. Loved Frosty, bought 4 packs and a drinking it every day.

Is it a coincidence that the aroma given off during grinding seems like roast chicken crisps to me??
